RESERVATION PROCEDURE & TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF BUSINESS

Reservations
Reservations can be made using our booking form, email or telephone and are subject to availability. Minimum period of stay is for one week. Extra days are prorated against the weekly rate. There is no maximum length of stay. If you plan to stay for one month or longer please inquire about our special monthly rates. Your stay can start on any day of the week. Prior to arrival all guests are required to register names and addresses with us.

Special Requests
If you have any special requirements or requests please make sure these are detailed on your inquiry sheet. It may not be possible to meet all requests and some requirements cannot be guaranteed. Your confirmation-booking sheet will give details.

Payment
Full payment is due 8 weeks prior to arrival.

Cancellation
If cancellation is made prior to 8 weeks of arrival the deposit less a $100.00 administrative charge will be refunded. Any cancellation within 8 weeks of arrival will result in the loss of all payments made and any outstanding balance becoming payable in full. However, if DBS Vacation Rentals can re-let the property then a refund will be made less any shortfall in the re-letting rate plus a $100.00 administrative fee.

Security Deposit
For weekly rentals, and rentals of up to one month, a deposit of $500.00 will be added to each booking .  For monthly rentals a deposit of $500.00 per month is required.  Security deposits will be added to the invoice and payable in full 8 weeks prior to arrival.

Deposits will be returned once the property has been cleaned and checked for damage and utility bills verified.  Checks will  be sent through the mail at the risk of the guest approximately 4-6 weeks after departure.
