DBS Vacation Rentals Restaurant Favorites
There are many restaurants in the greater Naples area so we chose to list the "locals" favorites
Amore Ristorante: Italian - 239/ 643-2201
It's all about simple elegance at Amore. There are less expensive venues that specialize in classic Italian cuisine, but it's the food at this attractive Neapolitan Way restaurant that keeps people coming back. Start things off with appetizers like the Portobello Al Forno which pairs rich, earthy mushroom with tomato and mozzarella. Then move on to a variety of homemade pasta dishes or meat dishes like the Cotoletta Di Vitello, a veal dish very similar to a Wiener Schnitzel. Dinners at Amore are substantial, but don't call it quits after the main event. Plan to take home a doggy bag, if necessary, but save room for a homemade dessert like cannoli or tiramisu.
Preston's Steakhouse: 239/435-1986

Swan River Seafood Restaurant: Restaurant and Seafood Market: 239/403-7000
Indoor and Outdoor Seating
Chef Matt grew up in Marblehead Massachusetts, a small fishing and sailing town on the north shore. He started in the culinary arts business when he was 13 years old as a dishwasher in a gourmet food store. Luckily, he started cooking by the time he turned 14 and soon realized that's what he wanted to do when he grew up. The Swan River Seafood and Grille Restaurant is a true local favorite. It's so special we almost did not want to let the secret out! A must when in the Naples area!
Watermark Grille: Steaks, Pasta, Seafood: 239/596-1400
